Things need to know before taking sunrise inside Borobudur. Borobudur is now available for the sunrise tour on the top of the temple after being closed for a few years. You can now enjoy it with a special ticket and an exclusive entrance, including a simple breakfast.

These are things you should need to know before taking the sunrise tour inside Borobudur.

  1. You need to book the ticket at least one day before. It’s way better if you book it way in advance since it’s limited to only 100 pax a day.
  2. You will enter Borobudur from Manohara hotel at 4:30 am
  3. You will have limited time until 7 am on the top of Borobudur
  4. If you are willing to visit the museum after the guided tour, you can do it at 8 am after having breakfast in Manohara restaurant.
