Jomblang Cave is a vertical collapse doline type cave. This cave was formed due to the geological process of the sinking of the soil and the vegetation on it to the bottom of the earth that occurred thousands of years ago. This collapse forms a sinkhole or well which in Javanese is known as luweng. That’s what makes it unique because in the cave there is a cave mouth area of about 50 meters. This is often referred to as Luweng Jomblang. Jomblang Cave is located in Gunungkidul Regency, DI Yogyakarta.
Jomblang Cave is a place for ancient plant conservation and has developed into a special interest tourist spot which is managed by local residents. To descend this vertical cave, the manager has provided complete equipment according to caving safety standards in vertical caves.
Timang beach is a beach attraction at the boundary between the sea and the land that is located in Gunungkidul. Timang beach lies between Siung and Sundak beach in Gunungkidul. There is an island called Panjang Island which is lobster habitat across coastal marine.
