The lake, the crater, and the temples in one beautiful surroundings
Dieng offers a landscape that you may not find in other places. A beautiful highland with some ‘magma house’ burning underneath that makes some parts of the area are boiling which you can see in Kawah Sikidang.
On Batu Ratapan Angin, one favorite view point, you can see the whole area of Dieng and the two lakes with different colors side to side are the one you should see.
Dieng also has Candi Arjuna, the oldest Hindu temple in Java island built in 8th century. And if you like to do a little hike, you can enjoy the golden sunrise of Sikunir.
